Our proven recruitment process takes the hassle hiring overseas workers. Our experienced staff in the Philippines and elsewhere take clients through the specifications, interviewing, trade skills and trade testing (if required) and Visa and documentation processing in the Philippines and country of deployment.

We source from several offices in different cities in the Philippines to ensure more qualified applicants. We then assess and work with candidates to ensure good fit for the specified role. This may include up-skilling for trades, English language coaching and testing. Interview and pre-departure workshops focus on improving cultural fit, motivation and productivity on the job on arrival

All candidates are coached to the appropriate English certification level using IELTS. (International English Language Testing System) where required for Visa approval or job requirements.

Under our obligations with the POEA our responsibility to the applicant continues till contract finish so we regularly monitor and assess progress of applicants and the client’s satisfaction.
