Loader/Operator Mechanic (Australia)

Must be able to operate front end loaders, load trucks
and operate farm machinery. Loading of fertilizer
spreaders is primarily function of the position however
once loaded, you will be required to operate the
spreaders and apply fertilizer to the fields that you
are directed to. This will require a truck driver’s
license and you will be put through loader training in
Australia to get your loader ticket certification. The
machinery that you will operate will be a combination of
a spreader towing a loader on a tagalong trailer moving
from farm to farm.
Working on your own may be required from time to time
and some computer knowledge is required as the machines
operate GPS guidance as well as being computer
controlled.
You must be able to follow directions, read maps,
communicate with farmers and with your supervisors. Good
English is therefore important. You will be required to
communicate, face to face, via mobile phone and UHF
radio and this will require a strong level of
confidence.
Mechanical knowledge of machinery is required as some
on-the-job mechanical repairs are necessary. The work is
of a seasonal nature, so weather plays a role in the
hours that you will be required to work and this may
include weekends and some unusual hours.
Being multi-skilled in all aspects of farming will be
an advantage as some general farm work will be required
when loading and spreading fertilizer cannot be done.
Attention to detail, a positive attitude, and a good
work ethic are mandatory and it is essential that you
work easily with others without conflict.

Our client is a well established farming company in one
of the best rural communities in Australia and are
seeking experienced motor mechanics. You must have
general experience in the servicing and repair of trucks
and diesel engines, tractors, loaders, petrol engines,
general small farm engines, hydraulics and farm
equipment.
Night work is required to service and maintain
agricultural equipment for day operation along with some
weekend work. You will be working from a fully equipped
farm workshop with modern facilities. As vehicles return
to the depot in the evening you will be required to
service, clean and refuel the trucks and tractors for
the next day. Some field work will also be undertaken
when required so you will need a driver’s license and
you will therefore be on call when needed.
Good English is essential and an ability to
communicate clearly is required to be able to order
parts for any machinery. Attention to detail, a positive
attitude, and a good work ethic are mandatory and it is
essential that you work easily with others without
conflict.

Boilermakers/Welders for long-term sponsored employment
in Australia.
The following MANDATORY skills MUST be met.
1. Able to set-up Stainless Steel pipe work.
2. Able to read welding specification drawings and
instruction symbols.
3. Strong experienced in TIG and MIG Pressure Welding
to Shed 40 specification.
4. Welding tested in 6G position welding 50NB and
150NB 304L Stainless Steel pipe.
5. Certification to ASME standards (Australian AS4041
equivalent).
Applicants will be required to pass practical welding
tests in Manila and will be assessed through both
