FLB aspires to the highest level of Customer Satisfaction.
A critical component in the achievement of this goal is
"Continued Performance Assessment".

"People do what you INSPECT, not what you EXPECT"

So FLB have implemented
an online continuous performance feedback system
that allows all its clients to provide FLB with regular "customer feed-back" on the International staff deployed by FLB.

This online Internet system provides a continuing "pro-active" review process of all FLB sourced workers in any country.

In the advent of a poor performance assessment, then FLB provides their clients with FREE after-hours employee counselling and monitoring.
