FLB Overseas Employment Agency Inc. (Manila - Philippines) has as established coaching facility to up-skill Filipino workers in English and in the culture and safety practices of western Countries.

Most people do not realise that all Philippine Universities and TAFE colleges conduct their tertiary courses in English. So skilled Filipinos already have a strong level of English language competence.

Candidates are assessed by certified training centres in the Philippines and are then coached and trained by FLB in Manila to meet the certification level required by the Immigration Authorities for the appropriate job classifications.

Our International customers can therefore be assured that all FLB candidates meet the required IELTS English standards of their destination country before being submitted for Visa approval.

FLB coaches also provide active training and guidance in the cultural behaviour of foreign countries. The Philippines is predominantly a Christian country and Filipinos readily adapt to all western cultures and life-styles.
